Actuele status CSRD richtlijn n.a.v. Omnibus-pakket EU Op 27 februari 2025 heeft de Europese Commissie het zogenaamde ‘Omnibus-vereenvoudigingspakket gepresenteerd. Dit pakket aan maatregelen om de administratieve lasten voor bedrijven in de EU te verlagen, heeft ook directe consequenties voor de CSRD. Door deze maatregel komt mogelijk de rapportageverplichting voor ROVA te vervallen omdat deze straks alleen gaat gelden voor de grootste bedrijven (>1.000 medewerkers). Wij wachten eerst de definitieve besluitvorming van het Europees Parlement en de Europese Raad af alvorens we bepalen op welke wijze wij vrijwillig onze impactrapportage vorm gaan geven.
