House and living rules Welcome to one of the living locations of KaFra Housing. In order to ensure that everyone can enjoy a pleasant stay in our accommodation, we have listed some house and living rules. KaFra Housing has the right to enter the accommodation for inspections, maintenance and repairs. This way, we ensure you as a resident that you can enjoy your stay at the desired level. Please follow any instructions from the welfare officers of KaFra Housing. If you want to report something about the accommodation, please contact your welfare officer. We wish you a pleasant stay.

It is not allowed to house people in the accommodation on your own initiative. Guests can only stay in the accommodation after written approval of your KaFra Housing welfare officer.

When you notice damage or in case of missing furniture or inventory, we ask you to report this immediately to us through your employer.

The presence or the feeding of (pet) animals in and around the accommodation is not allowed.

If damage has been caused deliberately, the costs will be charged to you through your employer. This may lead to (immediate) eviction.

Hygiene is important for your own health and others. Therefore we ask you to keep the house clean and tidy. The use of bedding is mandatory. Any costs arising from this will be charged.

Between 10 PM and 7 AM it has to be quiet in and around the accommodation.

Keep vermin far away from the accommodation by removing waste on time in the designated containers and offer these to the various collection services on the specified collecting data.

For the safety of your belongings, the accommodation must be locked when nobody is present at the accommodation. In order to give you access to the accommodation, you will receive a key. In case of loss or not returning this house key after a departure, you will be charged.

17º-21º

For the safety of you and others, the accommodation is equipped with one or more fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and fire blankets. We explicitly request that you leave these items intact and don’t move or tamper with them. To prevent fire hazard and high energy bills, it is not permitted to install your own electrical appliances (instance cookers, white goods, stoves, etc.) Devices like laptops and telephones are allowed.

A max. of 21°C is common and when you leave or sleep, set temperature to 17°C. Windows and doors are supposed to be closed but of course ventilation is necessary to prevent mould. Excessive energy consumption will be charged.

No form of smoking is permitted inside.

Make yourself aware of the evacuation plan of the accommodation.

The possession of weapons is prohibited and leads to (immediate) eviction.

The use, possession and production of drugs are prohibited and lead to (immediate) eviction.

Avoid additional costs after your departure by leaving your room and the accommodation clean, tidy and complete. Don’t forget to return your key.

Take care of yourself and your fellow man and respect the maximum speed on the premises.

Parking only in the designated parking spaces.

It is not allowed to modify or damage the accommodation by applying paint, drilling or punching holes in the wall or any other form of vandalism.
