het gebied blijft doorwaadbaar. Gradatie in openbare ruimtes,
lange zijde zorgt voor meeste zon in het blok
van de omliggende straten tot de luwere woonstraat in het midden van het plan tot de beschutte en groene woonhoven in de blokken.
