Betreft: Stiltegebieden provincie

Helenaveen, 12 oktober 2021 Geachte heer Hems,

In verband met de Interim Provinciale milieuverordening van de provincie Noord-brabant, is voor de inrichting aan de Heikant 25 te Baarschot een aanvullende geluidberekening gemaakt. Het is een aanvulling op rapport 220-BHe25-il-v1, d.d. 29-04-2020. Het bedrijf aan de Heikant 25 is gelegen in de omgeving van stiltegebied ‘landgoed de Utrecht’ op minimaal 100 meter van de grens van het stiltegebied zoals vastgesteld in de Interim Provinciale milieuverordening Noord-Brabant (PMV). De richtwaarde LAeq,24 uur de 40 dB(A) op 50 meter afstand (1,5 meter hoogte) mag niet overschreden worden. Ten behoeve van de toetsing aan de normering die gesteld wordt aan het stiltegebied zijn berekeningen opgesteld. Het betreft een 24 uurs-gemiddelde waarde, berekend op 1,5 meter + maaiveld op referentiepunten op 50 meter van de grens van de inrichting. In tabel 1 staan de resultaten.
