Ukrainian permanent makeup artist and portrait painter Larysa Demchenko , currently living in the Netherlands under the Temporary Protection Program , has won First Place at WULOP 2025 (World Universal League of Permanent Makeup).

She received the title “WULOP World Champion 2025” in one of the most technically demanding categories — Reconstructive Realistic Areola (on latex).

A Story That Inspires Thousands

Just three years ago , Larysa arrived in the Netherlands with her child , without a studio , without equipment , and without any support system. She trained late at night , worked from shared rental spaces , and rebuilt her career in a foreign country from zero.

Today , she is recognized as “the Ukrainian artist who became World Champion in Europe. ”
