Binnen een sectie is de capaciteit voor de volgende categorieën voorziening

Onderzoeksgebied Het fietsparkeeronderzoek is uitgevoerd in het centrum van Haarlem, bij Centraal Station Haarlem, bij Station Spaarnwoude en bij een aantal bushaltes.

Tijdens de eerder genoemde meetmomenten zijn de geparkeerde fietsen

MEETEL

Er is onderscheid gemaakt naar de volgende typen fiets: fiets, brom-/snorfiets, bakfiets (of andere buitenmaatse fietsen o.a. transportfiets, lowrider etc.). Een fiets geparkeerd buiten een voorziening is een fiets die op een andere plaats geparkeerd staat dan op de daarvoor aangewezen plaatsen. Een fiets die fout in een voorziening staat is een fiets die wel in een voorziening geparkeerd is maar niet op de juiste wijze. Bijvoorbeeld niet in de fietsklem maar ervoor.

Weersomstandigheden De weersomstandigheden tijdens het onderzoek: •

Zaterdag 21 september 2019: droog, onbewolkt en max. 23.3°C

•

Zondag 22 september 2019: regenachtig (5.2mm in 1.6 uur), bewolkt en max. 26.8°C

•

Dinsdag 24 september 2019: regenachtig (4.2mm in 4.9 uur), bewolkt en max. 18.4°C

(KNMI-weerstation Schiphol) Wanneer straten of parkeervoorzieningen tijdens een meetmoment helemaal niet bereikbaar waren, is er tijdens dit meetmoment geen beschikbare capaciteit opgenomen in de resultaten. Hierdoor kan de capaciteit per meetmoment verschillen. De metingen hebben niet plaatsgevonden tijdens evenementen of andere verstorende momenten.

Bijzonderheden •

Zondag 22 september 2019 was een koopzondag in Haarlem.

MEETEL

Dataverwerking De dataverwerking bestaat uit verificatie, validatie en analyse. Tijdens de eerste stap is gekeken of de data van de metingen compleet is. Zijn metingen uitgevoerd tijdens alle meetmomenten en in alle secties? Vervolgens zijn de volgende controles uitgevoerd: •

Is de parkeerbezetting hoger dan de capaciteit? Zo ja, is dat verklaarbaar?

•

Is het verloop van de parkeerbezetting logisch?

•

Liggen de resultaten in lijn met eerdere tellingen (indien beschikbaar)?

De parkeerdruk is berekend door het totaal aantal geparkeerde fietsen, bakfietsen en bromfietsen in een sectie te delen door de capaciteit van de voorzieningen in de sectie. De vrije plaatsen zijn gebaseerd op de totale capaciteit minus het totaal aantal geparkeerde fietsen, bakfietsen en bromfietsen. De resultaten zijn opgenomen in de bijlage met daarbij: •
