Inleiding Aan de Kasteel ter Borchstraat te Roosteren wordt bestaande bebouwing gesloopt waarna er een nieuwbouwplan ontwikkeld wordt. Om te bezien of de andere verkaveling gevolgen heeft voor de ervaren geluidbelasting op de bestaande woning aan de Burg. Schoolmeesterstraat 27, is in het kader van een goede ruimtelijke ordening gekeken naar de geluidbelasting in de huidige situatie en naar die in de toekomstige situatie. De resultaten hiervan zijn opgenomen in deze notitie. Akoestisch model Voor voorliggend onderzoek is hetzelfde akoestische model gebruikt als voor het onderzoek naar de optredende geluidbelasting. Het betreft de rapportage Locatie Tramhalte Roosteren met kenmerk Rm210462aaA0.wesi_05_001 d.d. 19-07-2023 van K+ Adviesgroep. De bestaande situatie met de huidige verkaveling is eerst doorgerekend, vervolgens is de nieuwe verkaveling in het model opgenomen en is de situatie opnieuw berekend. Berekeningsresultaten Navolgend zijn de resultaten weergegeven. Voor de ligging van de waarneempunten wordt verwezen naar figuur 2 van bijlage I. De gedetailleerde berekeningsresultaten zijn opgenomen in Bijlage IIA en IIB. Het verschil tussen de huidige en de nieuwe situatie is weergegeven tegen een gekleurde achtergrond.

De betekenis hiervan is als volgt: Groen: Het verschil tussen de toekomstige en huidige situatie bedraagt 0 dB of er treedt een verlaging van de optredende geluidbelasting op in de toekomstige situatie. Geel: De geluidbelasting in de toekomstige situatie bedraagt 1 á 2 dB meer dan in de huidige situatie. Oranje: De geluidbelasting in de toekomstige situatie bedraagt meer dan 2 dB in de huidige situatie.

Conclusie Uit de resultaten blijkt dat, op de gevels van de woning aan de Burg. Schoolmeesterstraat 27, de geluidbelasting maximaal 1 dB toeneemt ten opzichte van de huidige situatie. Bij een toename van 1,5 dB zou sprake kunnen zijn van een reconstructie-effect volgens de Wet geluidhinder. Hier is derhalve geen sprake van. Op basis van de uitkomsten kan worden gesteld dat er bij de onderzochte woning geen sprake is van een onaanvaardbare (of hoorbare) toename in geluidbelasting.
