MoH referral committee medically approves decision for referral.
Patient submits medical referral through patient services desk at treating hospital.

WHO submits list to host countries.
MoH referral committee shares patients’ list according to medical priority with WHO.
Patients with approved evacuation requests are contacted by WHO for evacuation.

WHO sends the list of patients with approvals for medical evacuation to Israeli Authorities for security clearance.
