2.

Introduction AH tenants introducé themselves. The landlord initiated this meeting because of a potential tenant for the 2nd floor of building #3 of

Johan de Wittlaan in The Hague. This floor has been vacant for many years. Since the entry of

Hartkliniek on the ground floor of this building the landlord has been active with attracting new tenants in the building. The reason for this participation online meeting today is a potential tenant, known as Mauritskliniek. Because their core activities deviate from the zoning plan, the

municipality needs to approve their presence in the office building Johan de Wittlaan 3. Part of the new legislation as of the lst of January 2024 is participation of the surrounding stakeholders.

Our tenants in the adjacent and same building are the stakeholders in this case, as the presence of Mauritskliniek as a tenant directly affects them.

is CEO at Corius Netherlands B.V., Mauritskliniek is a part of the Corius Group.
