Trainingen BMX en MTB Het te realiseren BMX en MTB terrein zal op dagelijkse basis gebruikt worden voor trainingen en oefenwedstrijden in clubverband. Een groot gedeelte van onze leden komt op de fiets en de overige parkeren op het eigen terrein. Het terrein zal (wanneer nodig) in de avonden verlicht worden middels schijnwerpers op masten. Op dit moment zijn er gezamenlijk circa 200 leden. Mede door de verhuizing en nieuwbouw is de verwachting dat dit aantal binnen 2 tot 4 jaar groeit tot circa 400 leden. Op lange termijn zal dit ledenaantal stabiliseren en verwachten we geen explosieve groei. Wedstrijden en evenementen De BMX en MTB faciliteiten zullen ook met regelmaat gebruikt worden voor wedstrijden en evenementen. De evenementen BMX en MTB zullen op elkaar afgestemd worden en niet gelijktijdig plaats vinden. Een onderverdeling is te maken in twee categorieën: • Clubwedstrijden / 6 – 10x per jaar: Hierbij zullen 40 tot 150 deelnemers + max. 150 bezoekers aanwezig zijn. We verwachten hierbij 50 tot 100 auto’s. Voor parkeren zullen we het eigen terrein gebruiken. De totale tijdsduur van deze wedstrijden is 1,5 tot 2,5uur en vinden plaats in de avond tussen 18:00 tot 21:00uur (maximaal 7x in de avond) en in het weekend tussen 8:30 en 17:00uur.

De bezoekers van deze wedstrijden staan gecentreerd bij het clubgebouw en we zullen het benodigde geluid (speaker en muziek) dan ook alleen ter plaatse van het clubgebouw versterken. • Regionaal / 1 – 3x per jaar: Hierbij zullen 100 tot 300 deelnemers + max. 300 bezoekers aanwezig zijn. We verwachten hierbij 100 tot 250 auto’s. Voor parkeren zullen we het eigen terrein en een deel van de parkeerplaatsen aan de overzijde van de Hanzeweg gebruiken. De totale tijdsduur van deze wedstrijden is 2,5 tot 5uur en vinden plaats in het weekend tussen 8:30 en 17:00uur. De bezoekers van deze wedstrijden staan rondom de bmx-baan en verspreid over het terrein.

• Nationaal / 0 – 2x per jaar: Hierbij zullen 300 tot 750 deelnemers + max. 1.250 bezoekers aanwezig zijn. We verwachten hierbij 250 tot 600 auto’s. Het eigen terrein zal gebruikt worden om campers en bussen te parkeren. Parkeren van auto’s zal gecontroleerd (middels verkeersregelaars) gebeuren op het nabijgelegen weilanden. Zie hiervoor bijlage 1 overloop parkeren. We maken hiervoor per wedstrijd afspraken met de desbetreffende bedrijven of grondeigenaren. De tijdsduur van deze wedstrijden is 5 tot 12uur en vinden in het weekend plaats tussen 7:00 en 19:00uur.

Alle wedstrijden gaan onder begeleiding van versterkt geluid (speaker en muziek) en zien we als vast onderdeel van het BMX en MTB terrein. In de toekomst bestaat de mogelijkheid dat we grotere evenementen of wedstrijden willen organiseren. Wanneer dit aan de orde is maken we hiervoor aparte afspraken met de gemeente.
