My name is Sergei Sysoev and I am currently working on a microcar free-floating carsharing in Amsterdam with a starting fleet of 200 Estrima Biros. I would like to inquire with you about the permits for Estrima Biros which would fall under the L6e category. I need those permits city-wide as the sharing will be on a fully-floating model. Provided that the company meets all the conditons of the Car Share Implementation Decree and all the conditions required for the pilot permit, would the city approve a city-wide permit application for 200 vehicles?
