Interest to participate in the E1 Series organised by Electric Sea Racing Limited [Date] Dear Mr Andreopoulos, We refer to recent conversations held in connection with the organisation and promotion by Electric Sea Racing Limited of a UIM-sanctioned worldwide championship for electric powerboats, which operates under the commercial name “E1 Series”. By means of this letter, we hereby confirm the initial interest of the City of [CITY] in being considered as potentially one of the participating cities of the E1 Series.
